applications not downloaded, even after marked for download

Anyone else having issues with some apps not downloading for no apparent reason?  Not marked as spam.  Even tried marking for download.  We are getting some apps but not all.

You opened a helpdesk ticket with a single Confirmation number with this issue.  If you are finding that there are more than the specific number you mention in the ticket, will you please update the ticket with the additional ID's.  Thank you.

We (Saddleback College) are seeing this issue as well.  We thought this was an issue with our download process and I'm having my college's IT look into it but if more colleges are experiencing this, then it may be an issue with the the OpenCCCApply process.

Craig if you would send confirmation numbers via email to staffsupportccctc@openccc.zendesk.com we can investigate your applications as well.  Have you verified that these applications are not in your SPAM filter?

Los Angeles Harbor College has one too.  App not in spam and status shows downloaded but application not in SIS.  Will report confirmation # to staffsupportccctc@openccc.zendesk.com
