Hello Patty,

I am getting a "website’s security certificate" error when I try to access the Pilot Administrator website. Has there been a change to the pilot URL's?

Mirna - what is the URL you are using? The last change to the URL was last July. What browser are you using? Have you cleared your cookies, and restarted your browser?

I have been using the new one that was given in July. After I login, I am redirected to https://ci.control.openccc.net/Shibboleth.sso/SAML2/POST which gives me the "security certificate" error.  I was able to access it all last week until Friday afternoon.

I cleared cookies and restarted.  That did not resolve the issue.

It looks like the redirect on their site to remap /qa/admin to /admin from last year hasn't been carried forward:

From Patty's post 8 months ago:
<<On the old qa site, the url included .../qa/admin.
In pilot, the url is merely .../admin.

Rather than making them change things, we're creating a redirect on the
server now so that either url will end up at that same place.  It should be fixed
in the next hour and we'll update the ticket. >>

I removed "qa" from the URL.   That fixed the problem.  Thank you!

Mirna,
Please verify that you are still unable / able to access the Report Center site. We have tested and all Pilot sites should be accessible to all the Colleges.

Patty,

When attempting to download a test application from the pilot site, I'm getting errors on the new 2016 fields: preferred_firstname, preferred_middlename, preferred_lastname and ssn_exception.  The error log indicates these fields are invalid.

Here's a sample of the format.xml:

<field name="preferred_firstname" len="50"/> <!--v2016.1/-->
<field name="preferred_middlename" len="50"/> <!--v2016.1/-->
<field name="preferred_lastname" len="50"/> <!--v2016.1/-->
<field name="ssn_exception" len="1"> <booleanFormatter trueValue="1" falseValue="0" /> </field> <!--v2016.1/-->

I've confirmed the job is using the url:

<job url="https://pilot.admin.openccc.net:8443/ccctransfer"; misCode="641" xmlns="http://xmlns.cccnext.org/xfer">;

Any ideas?  Would like to have a successful test before Friday when we implement the 2016 changes in PROD.

Thanks,

Eric

Eric,
I am already working with MOwen on Cuesta College download trouble. I am going to add your name, and notes to that Zen Desk ticket and follow up with you there.
And for anyone working to test the new fields, make sure you have the most current download client: https://cccnext.jira.com/wiki/display...
And are running Java 7 on the server or PC you are running your downloads from.
